The staff were wonderful, they do the house keeping every 2 days which was good. The room needs some upgrade but still neat and clean. The hotel was close to the main street and all the shops and next to all the bus stops. Overall, with the price that we paid, we can't complain. Next time visiting, we will book this hotel again.

This is amazing accommodation well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Views to die for looking out on the 6 different balcony’s. Cleanliness was 100% and everything well presented. Beds were so comfortable. This accommodation made our stay in Hawaii the best holiday ever. Location next to the biggest outdoor mall in the world was a bonus. Would certainly recommend to any one going to Hawaii.

The staff was great, property was nice & the coffee/snack bar has good options for all time of day. Great location! Assuming there isn’t alcohol, due to the proximity to BYU. We took a nice hike directly from the property.
