The,property was okay an older building very small elevator. There was no TV for 2 1/2days we were there 3days.Also there was a pull out bed not cute. Very disappointing we would not stay there again it was 7minutes from Waikiki Beach. Building was secure.

First night arriving we had an issue in the room we were assigned, it was brought up to the front desk. The original room had to be shut down and they were wonderful in giving us a different room which turned out to be better than expected. It was our first time in Hawaii and the room upgrade made our experience on the island so much better. Thank you to the staff especially Marissa for the wonderful experience at the resort.

"My staying in Best western hotel it was super nice the staff was friendly and helpful, the villa was perfectly clean but… unit 132 patio sliding glass door it is hard to open and close, the shower it has a good water pressure when is coming out of spout but I think the shower head needs to be change ..."
