We checked into our room went and had dinner and when we came back, we were sitting there visiting and all of a sudden we seen a couple of bedbugs crawling across the pillow. We called the front desk and told them we’d like to get a refund. We are checking out and they’re like well. We can move you to a different room, but there’s no one here to give a refund.So I proceeded to go down to the front desk and talk to the The person on duty and show her pics of the bedbugs and the unsanitary sheets and bed skirts. And asked her to call the manager she called the manager and the manager did tell her to give a refund, but we had to go through Expedia, so an Expedia person had to call the hotel to get our refund, but they wanted to just switch us rooms and after seeing the bedbugs, we were not willing to do that. Not to mention our carpet in our hotel room was not very clean at all and it was just very disappointing because somehow this hotel had high reviews.

My stay here was very relaxing. The rooms were nice and clean. You can tell it has been upgraded. The bed was so comfortable that i didn't want to get out of it. The staff is very friendly. Definitely will be back

Liked the airport shuttle and Geena, their driver. Great people at the check in desk. First room had a broken thermostat and was 80° plus, second room was fine. Didn't like the third-world toilet paper in the bathroom.
