The room was ok not great but customer service was amazing she checked me in upon arrival and answered all of my questions. I wish I didn't have a 1st floor room, being that I was traveling along. The hotel was under renovation and that was not the best. It was clean. If I stay again hopefully they will have completed all the needed renovation.

The hotel overall looks very cute, but you can tell the rooms are a little outdated. In my room on the floor is a little warped, but you can tell it is newly renovated and they’re trying.

Great hotel, very nice, reasonable rates, free parking, and super close to the airport. I never felt unsafe there. We came in late and left super early but the room was clean and easy to get to, the bed was comfortable, and everything was updated. We did hear a good bit of noise, as there was an Elvis convention at the Conference Center, and you can also hear the airplanes taking off and landing, which was no surprise, being so close to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a white - trash was the floor, stains on the bedding, dirty toilet. We even found out at 2:30AM that we shared the room with roaches! When we informed the front desk, they couldn’t care less! DO NOT STAY HERE
