There are three door by press in this system (depending on the house with its own goal). Parking is available on the plot for each house. The houses are furnished for 4 persons fully equipped and furnished friendly. a couple of sporting activities are available in this facility for all guests. So is for younger guests in the garden next to the pool a covered sandpit with slide and at the end of the property a few games and gymnastic equipment. A covered table tennis area is located between the two bungalows.

Logement exceptionnel. Magnifique, propre, belle vue sur la mer. Il y a de très jolies criques à proximité, en revanche celle accessible depuis le logement n'est pas top. Marcel était fort sympathique et a su nous guider et nous informer comme il fallait. A proximité c'est naturel et découvertes. Ne pas venir pour faire les magasins en bord de mer ou manger des glaces et des churros car il fait faire 30-40 min de route pour. La piscine était très bien également.

Buenas estáncia pero han de mejorar cosas.

Nos hemos alojado 10 noches en esta casita, hemos estado muy agusto, el lugar es muy tranquilo y hay algunas calitas de aguas cristalinas a escasos minutos andando en las q bañarte, si no quieres coger el coche. Marcel es la persona q ha estado pendiente de nosotros durante nuestra estancia, es muy atento y se ha preocupado en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo. Si es cierto q la finca está genial pero bastante descuidada..tanto el jardín como el mobiliario y falta de limpieza y mantenimiento en zonas comunes...hay una zona de columpios q los niños no han podido usar por estar llena de telarañas...y tanto el porche de nuestra casita como la zona de barbacoa también estaban bastante sucias en cuanto a telarañas, el mobiliario muy viejo, y las sillas de la terraza q eran de tela ni las hemos usado por estar muy sucias teniendo en cuenta q los gatos se suben por las noches, sería mejor poner sillas de plástico. El tendedero estaba roto, oxidado y lleno de telarañas, pero Marcel nos trajo uno nuevo, así como pinzas, alcachofa de ducha q estaba rota y sabanas nuevas ya q alguna estaba con manchas a pesar de estar lavadas. La verdad q estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento. También estaría bien una capa de pintura ya q las paredes estaban bastante sucias. La piscina lo mejor, grande y bien cuidada , así como las tumbonas. En general ha sido una buena estancia y tranquilidad que era lo q buscabamos.Gracias Marcel por tu atención. April voor je rust

Klein huisje maar voor twee prima, koelkast stuk maar kregen meteen een andere, erg vriendelijke beheerders, we waren in april de enige huurders ,veel katten,auto nodig voor boodschappen en naar plaatsje,lopen naar rots strandje,heerlijk rustig! Er staan wel 7 huisjes met een gezamenlijk zwembad wat niet open was in april. BBQ aanwezig boven op terras met uitzicht op zee!

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen in La Cochera. Anreise dank der sehr detaillierten Weg-Beschreibung völlig unproblematisch. Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch die Verwalterin. Schnelle unkomplizierte Hausübergabe. Und dann haben wir direkt angefangen, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es gibt unzählige schöne kleine Buchten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlage entlang des Wanderwegs. Manche laden durch Kiesstrand eher zum Schnorcheln ein, andere bieten Sand-Kiesstrände, an denen man etwas aktiver an Land sein kann. Echte Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Dachterrasse mit Grill und Meerblick. Der Pool ist groß genug, um sogar ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen. Von den anderen Bewohnern der Häuser haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Die Gegend lädt zu Ausflügen ein. Sowohl die näher gelegenen kleineren Städte (30-60 Minuten) als auch Großstädte (> 1,5 h) sind zu empfehlen. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. Hinweis: man sollte Katzen mögen.

estancia perfecta

El alojamiento nos ha parecido súper acogedor, muy tranquilo y extremadamente agradable. Puedes hacer mil rutas por la zona y sobretodo, puedes llevar a los animales contigo de vacaciones, un punto a favor de la esencia animalista que tanto carece en otros sitios que hemos estado mirando. El trato de Carmen ha sido mas que de 10, una señora muy entrañable que ha estado pendiente de nuestra comodidad en todo momento. L'Ametlla de Mar y sus calas son un paraíso en la tierra, no tienen nada que envidiar a otros lugares más turísticos, ya que para nosotros, es uno de los pueblos más bonitos de toda Catalunya, de España, y probablemente, de todo el mundo. Recorrer el GR92 te llena de vitalidad y felicidad, sus paisajes, sus calas con el agua cristalina y llena de tonalidades azules, el Delta de l'Ebre y el olor a pino que invade toda la costa, son placeres de la vida que todo el mundo debería experimentar. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir la estancia en La cotxera, lo recomendamos 100%!!! Muchas gracias! Nos vemos pronto!!!

Schwer zu finden, aber entspannte Privatsphäre

Das Haus ist zwar klein aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Obwohl auf dem Geländere mehrere Häuser vermietet waren, bot die Unterkunft absolute Privatsphäre - wir haben nur einmal jemand anderen gesehen - sehr entspannend. Das warme Wasser (Dusche, Spülen) funktioniert auch, allerdings muss man das Wasser dazu seeeehr lange laufen lassen (was bei der Wasserknappheit in Spanien nicht so gut ist). Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien ist knapp bemessen und im preisgünstigen Segment angesiedelt, so haben z.B. die Pfannen gewölbte Böden und drehen sich auf der Herdplatte. Anfang April war es nachts recht kühl und das Haus kühlte schnell aus. Es waren aber 2 Decken im Schrank, so dass wir uns nicht allein mit unseren mitgebrachten Bettlaken zudecken mussten. Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und uns unterstützt. Ein Gas-Heizgerät habe ich nicht aktiviert bekommen. Die Vermieter vor Ort sprechen übrigens kein Deutsch und nur einige Wörter Englisch und wir sprechen kein Spanisch oder Catalan. In der Anzeige der Ferienhausvermietung steht das anders. Daraus ergab sich eine weitere Schwierigkeit: wir sollten uns telefonisch bei der Dame vor Ort anmelden, damit sie sich für die geschätzte Ankunftszeit ein Zeitfenster freihält. Dieses Telefonat konnte ich nicht auf Spanisch oder Catalan führen - weshalb wir uns bemühen mussten nach 1600 km Anreiseweg "pünktlich" in L´Ametlla anzukommen (Stress bei der Anreise ist kein guter Urlausstart). Weiterhin war es für uns schwierig, das Haus zu finden, da sich die Wegbeschreibung auf Geo-Koordinaten bezieht, die ich (Alter: 62 Jahre) mit meinem Klapp-Handy nicht nutzen konnte. Mit etwas Glück haben wir das Haus dennoch gefunden. (Einen einfachen Weg gibt es aber auch: von der AP7 von Norden kommend abfahren und gleich links neben der Abfahrt in eine kleine Straße einbiegen und quasi parallel zur Abfahrt wieder zurück fahren. Dieser Straße folgen und im Zweifelsfall links (nahe der Autobahn) halten. Am Ende führt eine kleine Brücke erstmals über die AP7. Dahinter geht es in die gesperrte Straße hinein, wo dann das Haus zu finden ist). Trotz der geschilderten kleinen Beeinträchtigungen haben wir die Woche genossen, die Leute vor Ort waren freundlich (nur reden konnten wir nicht miteinander) und das Gelände ruhig (die nahe Autobahn haben wir nicht gehört). Der Küstenstreifen ist recht windig und felsig, was das Bad im erschwert. Die Einkäufe erledigt man nach 10-15 minütiger Fahrt im Auto.

Tolle Anlage mit Privatparkplatz & Privatzugang zum Meer

Freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, tolles Häuschen mit eigener beleuchteter Grill Terrasse. Man konnte auch heizen wenn es kalt war. Grosser Supermarkt 12 min. mit dem Auto. Zum Meer gibt es einen Privatzugang ca. 5min. zum laufen. Alles ist voller Palmen, Olivenbäumen & und im Sommer bestimmt mit Blumen.

UN RETIRO IDEAL

¡El lugar es precioso, la línea de mar es increíble y todo el camino de ronda GR-92 que lleva por el bosque desde L'Ametlla de Mar hasta L'Ampolla bordeando la costa de rocaje es alucinante! La urbanización donde se ubican las casas es un remanso de paz apartado de todo, los pocos vecinos que hay son muy amables y Carmen la encargada es un sol igual que su hijo. Me sentí como en casa. ¡Fui en pleno invierno, pero volveré en verano!

Ideal per visitar la costa

La casa està molt correcte. Hi ha els estris necessaris per cuinar i si fa bon temps es poden utilitzar les dues terrasses que hi ha. Si vols fer servir la barbacoa, hs de portar els estris i la llenya i/o el carbó. La ubicació és inmillorable per visitar les cales del voltant i passejar per tota la costa. Un lloc molt tranquil, ideal per desconnectar.
