Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and assisted us in arranging luggage transport to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. We also loved the convenient setup near the check-in area, where toiletries, coffee, and tea bags were readily available. The complimentary face mask provided in the evening was a thoughtful touch. The hotel’s location is excellent—adjacent to the station and with a 7-Eleven conveniently attached. Getting around was incredibly easy.

Very convenient location near Kyoto station just few minutes walk, great breakfast , hotel provides good face mask but they need to improve the pillow, it’s really hard and uncomfortable

Spacious and beautiful stay next to Kyoto station so easily travel to other locations. Not in the centre of Kyoto but middle ground for all interest points

Cleanliness and the staff are great! I hope one day, they would provide face moisturizer and alike and free breakfast. We would stay here again someday and look for Via Inn if we will be in other part of Japan. Thanks!

Breakfast was disappointing, buffet did not have many choices for Western travelers. Also Expedia needs to update so of the distances for some of the area attractions, they are far from accurate.

Hotel ok, didnt provide much service - check in yourself which didnt work & check out yourself - No concierge had to call our own taxi after being told we DONT PROVIDE THAT SERVICE !!

I booked this hotel because it was close to Kyoto station. My stay was nice. The rooms are very small. Staff was lovely. They held our bags after we checked out. The hotel is basic, but nice. Convenience store entrance from the lobby was a plus. I didn’t eat breakfast.
