The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. It’s just a 15 minute stroll to Nishiki Market. Plus, having the train station, convenience store, and grocery nearby made everything feel effortlessly connected. In room Washer and Dryer was a plus. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience!

The room was extremely humid and the beds/sheets felt very damp. It was hard not having instructions in English to use the AC. However, the staff was wonderful and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable! 5 stars for the staff and their communication, friendliness, and desire to help!

I had an amazing stay at this new and spotless hotel! Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One of the best perks was the in-room washer and dryer—such a rare and appreciated convenience, especially for longer stays. The location is incredibly practical. There’s a 24-hour grocery store just steps away, making it super easy to grab snacks, fresh food, or anything I needed at any hour. Plus, it was only about a 15-minute walk to all the major shopping areas, which made exploring and getting around really enjoyable.

The room layout was excellent and the facility/room are in great condition. We had excellent view of the Kyoto city and Kyoto tower from the room. The staff were very friendly and reminded us that it is going to rain when we are getting out in the afternoon and suggested us to take umbrella (which they provided). We had wonderful time staying at this facility.

Perfect for families

This place is perfect for families. The room, laundry, and bathroom are well layed out. It allowed for us (family of 4) to relax, do laundry, and explore without feeling crammed. The staff was very nice. I think this place has been recently renovate. There are zero signs of wear and tare, yet. Various train stations are near by. I highly recommend this place and I will come back.

Not only was the room excellent, but also staff is very meticulous and thoughtful, they went above and beyond to help me when I lost my reading glasses between the train station & hotel, the taxi driver found them and they took time with me to find the Police Box on the map so I could navigate there to retrieve my glasses. They helped us ship our luggage which went out on time for our next Hotel which we received upon arrival.

Really quiet location. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us dining recommendations. Also, there is a FREE SHUTTLE to several sites in Kyoto. We took advantage of the free shuttle and it was fantastic. It was going to places we were planning on visit. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly. It is close to subway lines and food but slightly off the beaten track so it’s also quiet. Place was very clean and the ac worked great. Windows opened too so fresh air was possible. Really enjoyed it, would stay again anytime!

Loved our stay here, located near to 2 train stations (Gojo station and Kiyomizo Gojo station) at about 10 min walk or 20 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff were so helpful and always willing to help and guide you. Free shuttle service to Golden temple and the shuttle driver was really nice and guided us for further shuttle services available from different Monday apart hotels to bamboo forest. Walking distance to Nishiki Market. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Highly recommended for families.

I would recommend to orhers.

It was a brand new hotel so everything was new. Nice appliances and fixtures. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has free shuttle bus to tourist attractions which saved us time and money. Also very good location for many conveniences. Only issue was that we stayed for 5 nights and room didn't get cleaned as scheduled.
