Great, clean, very helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here during the end of Hanami. Everything was clean, and plenty of room for our party. The walls are pretty thin like most Japanese residential places in Japan. So, if you stay here just be courteous of the noise level, because you can hear your neighbors very easily.

Unexpected

It is disappointing that the room was not cleaned up at all and everything was in a mess when we checked in at 5pm. We went to the place we checked in and complained. The manager did apologize sincerely and promise to clean up the room in 2 hours and refund partially to us. The room had been cleaned up when we came back at 10pm and it was actually quite cosy - bright and good air conditioning. It's a pity that it couldn't leave us a good first impression. Also. the room's insulation is poor that you can hear clearly the conversation of your neighbor. Notwithstanding the above, the location is good - close to train station and bus stops. The staff at reception are nice as well.
