Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. Only negatives is the shower could do with a lightbulb as it was very dark and other guests can be quite loud sometimes.

〇建物が古く部屋は狭いが全体的に清潔、虫や異臭なし 〇アメニティも揃っている（タオル、歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、変換プラグ、スリッパ） 〇トイレとシャワーは区切られていて、トイレも洗面台も新しくピカピカ 〇シャワーの水圧もばっちり　排水はちょっと遅い 〇ドライヤーもそこらビジホのドライヤーよりパワフル 〇エアコンもちゃんとしたのがついていてカビ臭もなし 〇立地よし、駅からもバス停からも便利 〇周囲に飲食店や商業施設もセブンイレブンもある △Wi-Fiが不安定 △入口が少しわかりづらい △遮蔽性は期待するな　上階や隣の音は聞こえる スタンダードシングル・バルコニーなしでした。この立地でこのお値段、大満足です。 お部屋はとにかく狭く、ベッドの幅で一杯ですが、どうせシャワー浴びて寝るだけのお部屋と思えば問題ありません。 部屋もホテル入口もオートロック、トイレや洗面台も新しそうだったので、建物は古くでもホテル自体の設備は近年整えられたものかと思います。 念の為虫除けスプレーやハッカ油スプレーを持っていきましたがなくても大丈夫でした。 スリッパはゴムサンダルと使い捨て不織布の両方。 しっかりした生地のバスタオルとフェイスタオルがあり、パワフルなドライヤーもあり、とても快適です。（セキュリティボックスはない） シャワーのお湯は先にボイラーのスイッチを入れなければいけませんが、スイッチを入れて数分でお湯が出ました。 部屋に冷蔵庫やルームバーはありませんが共用キッチンが小さいながらも整っているので問題ありません。 カップラーメン的な軽食やスナックも買えます。 Wi-Fiに関しては、全然繋がらない日と、ずっと繋がる日と、繋がったり繋がらなかったりする日がありました。 Wi-Fiが必須な方は自前で用意した方が安心だと思います。 また、入口が少しわかりづらいです。 Mody Road沿いにビルの入口が複数あり、違うエレベーターに乗ってしまうと辿り着けません。 西寄りの入口から入り、エレベーター上部に「36」「38」の数字が書いてあることを確認して乗ってください。 どこに行くにも便利な尖沙咀、空港からもエアポートバスA21かA25で尖東で降りて徒歩数分。 アヴェニューオブスターズもスターフェリー乗り場も徒歩圏内、食事も買い物も両替も全く困りません。 部屋でのくつろぎやバスタブに重きを置く方にはお勧めできませんが、便利に動けて清潔に休めればいい人にはお勧めです。
