It was exactly what we needed in a transition from TN to FL while littles finished school. It was clean and stocked with what a family would need to cook and keep house for as long as needed. We needed to be able to do laundry, cook and have space for kids to do homework and just relax at the end of the day. Sheila was wonderful and responded immediately when we first arrived. I was worried about the bath draining properly and a missing remote, she sent a gentleman over quickly - the drain was fine, my kids just had that bath turned to max and the remote was under the bed. My fault for not trying to remedy things myself first, I was trying to nest and kids were bringing things up. My only grumble is the AC unit would auto adjust the temp through the day, I understand the energy efficiency reasoning though, and I’d just turn it back to my desired temp. The window ac unit is helpful at night because I sleep hot and need the air going to stay comfortable. Sheila even provided “starting out” supplies like a couple dishwasher pods, TP and a roll of paper towels so you don’t have to immediately run out and get that stuff. Comfortable home and a wonderful hostess.
