Regretting La Quinta

So first room we were put in smelled like wet dog. So we refused and were put in one door over,it was better. Needed to stay a second night after not finishing our move in and unloading of Uhual trucks, we returned to the hotel to find our bed soaking wet with our belongings and bedding wet also. They only moved us from our king to a two dbl ,and offered to throw our blankets in commercial dryer!!?? Their sprinklers went off while we were out soaking our stuff and terrifying our cat, no upgrade offered,no credit, no refund, NOTHING!!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful, it was clean, close to food options, and a great price. The hotel itsself was showing a few signs of wear and tear, but nothing that would make me say i wouldnt stay there again as i definitely would. Breakfast was typical with alot of choices. Just hard to get acriss the street due to heavy traffic. Overall, great stay.

We stayed at La Quinta for 6 nights and it was great. The location is perfect - easy access to the convenience stores and plenty choices for dining. The staff was phenomenal and super helpful.

The hotel is very clean. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful. The only thing that was SUPER disappointing is that the room was listed as accommodating 5 but it 100% does not. There are only 2 beds and NO couch or other place for the 5th person to sleep. We are only here for one night so we will make it work BUT I’m very disappointed about the way it was listed.

I booked the room and told me room sold out so ai booked different hotel with Expedia again and recived confirmation right away then 2 hours later Expedia send me first roomd that eas sold confirmation. Two hours later now they dont wanna return my money. Called Expedia told me la Quinta is not going to return my money but Expedia needs to return my money because they sent me 2 hours later confirmation. I have emails to prove it.
