Description of facility met reality, was in a good location, and communication with hosts was perfect! Having three, actual beds was awesome for my adult children. 5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day of exploring. Plenty of space for a family of 3. Once situated, we felt very much at home. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions, (Duval St, piers), but quiet and peaceful at night. We especially loved the outdoor pool/beach area. Parking underneath is limited, not by spaces available, but by height. Parking in the available lots was not a problem for extended/fullsize vehicles. Our host was also fantastic—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We were initially checked on to verify there was nothing needed or out of sorts. The accommodating portion of our conversation was due to my poor planning. Mike took care of us without hesitation. Thank you.We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable residence.

Our stay was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we entered the unit till the time of checkout we were just in aww. The photos online are exactly as the unit appears. The view, amenities, parking, closeness to everything was top notch as described. Communiation with property owner was so timely and appreciated. Parking is wonderful shall you rent a vehicle. Definitely home away from home. I will 100% return but, for more than one week. The comfort of the unit and property will keep me returning for years to come. It's a full 10/10 in my opinion.
