Rooms were very small but clean. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The only issue we had - hot water was not working - was quickly resolved by the maintenance staff. Location was excellent. The pool area was beautiful and the water temperature perfect. The drinks at the pool bar were tasty and the bartender was fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet location. Super friendly staff. Brand new bicycles for hire right out front- reasonable rates. Can walk around the corner to bake shop. Close to ferry and waterfront. Nice pool and hot tub. In room hot water access repairs in process.

Our suite at the Eden House was very nice. The location was perfect- could easily walk to Duval Street or the marina and ferry. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the available 24 hour coffee service. We didn’t try the property’s restaurant, but the bakery down the street was great! The outside patio was nice, but sometimes the noise from adjacent properties (metal working power tools?) made it difficult to enjoy the space.
