The room was very nice, but the parking garage was a disaster. I guess I needed a secret decoder ring to get out of the place. I was given a ticket with a QR code, but no instructions on how to use it. I still don't know, as I never figured out the secret procedure to leave the garage. I had to call those idiots every morning, and with the poor sound of the voice transmitter, I couldn't understand the people on their end. Your receptionist should have given me clear instructions the day I checked in.
They also should have told me where the breakfast room is. I didn't learn that until the morning I checked out - and that was from another guest. There was a sign in the lobby inviting us to dinner and drinks at 6:00, but that never happened. I WAS able to get a sandwich one night for dinner - and it was very good.
All of these issues cast a pall over my stay at your otherwise lovely hotel.
