No bad for one night stay to continue your journey

The receptionist at the from desk was busy on her phone. Did not smile or appeared happy to check in. Very cold reception. Overall appearance of the room was worn out. Cracks in the bathtub walls, shower head, handle and faucet were loose and falling apart.

I am requesting a full refund because the hotel was a mess, the fitness room was filthy, and it lacked essential amenities such as towels, wipes, and water. It was a health hazard. My room was never cleaned throughout my 3-day stay. I felt like I was in a prison. I complained to the front, but nothing was done. I must have my money back

Not Recommended for stay

We had to park far away and walk to the hotel. There was party going on past mid night on Saturday and another event on Sunday. On both days the party guests took all parking and the guests staying in hotel had to find parking far away. There was so much noise and screaming from the rooms next to us. There were 3 families staying in 2 rooms next to us and 1 opposite side. Kids were running from 1 room to other and banging doors. Only after we complained to reception, it stopped. There is no way to contact the front desk by phone. We had to go in person to the desk at 12 in the night! to complain.
