Our stay at The Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautifully appointed, with elegant rooms that live up to the Ritz reputation. The art collection throughout the property was a real delight and added a unique character to the stay. Two standout highlights were Colony Coffee and the Republic Bar. Both offered excellent quality, great ambience, and consistently warm service. We also hosted a few friends during our visit and had a lovely time with good food, laughter, and attentive staff taking care of us. The only part that felt a little below Ritz standard was the taxi and arrivals assistance. Staff at the driveway seemed a bit unresponsive at times, which is unusual compared to the high level of service I’ve experienced at other Ritz properties. This didn’t overshadow the stay, but it was noticeable. Beyond that, the hotel delivered a refined, comfortable and memorable experience. The rooms were superb, the team inside the hotel was excellent, and the overall stay was truly enjoyable. I would gladly return.

The the Ritz-Carlton hotel is the most amazing facility that we have a visitor in our lifetime. The Ritz-Carlton hotel in Singapore is our heaven on Earth. We visited last year and found the reception to be surreal we were treated like Royal family. We especially want to say thank you to Nicolette and Jega for the Superior service. We also want to thank Mei Mei for making us feel like family. We even had the opportunity to meet the hotel manager Peter who was very generous with his time. We plan to return to the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Singapore next year. It is a fabulous hotel with an incredible buffet and dinner and all the staff treated us like family.

Clean room Best service One issue Due to formula Ons The access to hotel especially from 1/10 midnight onwards very difficult. I hardly found the entrance to hotel walking from Marina Bay Sands. Waled more than half hour more and finally found rear entrance by asking people to get the lift to podium and press hotel card to enter the lobby as nobody answered the bell call. On 1 Oct 10 am, we checked out and could only get hotel car to airport with charges of single trip of 60 dollars. Seems ok as no other means of transportation.
