Have stayed here a few times before, but it appears that they are still understaffed. Had to wait in line for more than 15 minutes to get seated for breakfast, which is a bit hard to understand given that there were tables available.

The property is getting old and not worth the price paid for the rooms. Breakfast was pathetic as same food was repeated all 7 days

The suite we booked wasn’t available when we arrived, so we got upgraded to a bigger suite on a higher floor. The only problem was that it was two king single beds. When a suite with a king bed was made available a few days later, we got moved into that room instead. We got given room credit and our laundry was for free for the inconvenience.

The Ritz club room is an experience and a half

Pros: Everything, particularly the respect given, the level playing field where guests are treated as a bonus & not an annoyance
Location: Singapore Flier, Marina Bay, Singapore Botanic Gardens, SuperTree Grove, Shopping, MRT, Downtown & Clark Key
What can we say, from the moment we arrived and the concierge asked our names, immediately his ears pricked up and from that moment on, we were made to feel at home, as if a returning long lost brother. The recognition didn't stop until well after we were leaving. We were upgraded to a corner suite with a brilliant view of the city and more impressively the Marina Bay, just because they really wanted to knock our socks off and boy wow did they knock our socks off. I think everyone in the club room area was treated equally which really is one of the most rewarding experiences, everyone there was there to just soak up the atmosphere, delight in the ambiance and relax knowing the staff were their to make our day special, and they did, in so many ways. Make sure you say Hi to Benson (Clubroom Chef) he is a wonderful person/asset (don't get me wrong all staff in clubroom areas were absolutely terrific) but Benson did seem to endear himself to anyone who took the time to chat and engaged in sharing our days exploits/plans and expectations, he'd always offer up some advice & not to be missed tips on where to go and to get the most out of the day, thanks mate. The Ritz Carlton certainly lived up to their well earned reputation, their generous spirit, wonderful staff are the greatest part of any enterprise and this is certainly on display at all levels. Thank you, I can't say enough to extol our appreciation for the wonderful experiences we shared, during our stay.

Perfect getaway hotel

We chose the Ritz-Carlton for its location - right near the Marina and a short walk to Promenade MRT - and for the pool. We weren't disappointed. On arrival we were upgraded to an Elevated Kallang room which was very spacious and met all our needs. There was high occupancy during our stay but it never felt overcrowded (unlike the Marina Bay Sands when we visited). The gym and pool were excellent with the pool catering to those with families (including floaties and kickboards) and without. There was also plenty of shade, cold water and iced towels for the really hot days). All the staff were very friendly and no request was too much trouble.

Superb View & Excellent Service

Had a room with a marina view & was not disappointed. I could see from gardens on the bay, marina bay sands, the city skyline and Merlion from the room. The staff are personable and went the extra mile without asking to make our stay very relaxing & special. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Singapore.
