Hôtel was very clean and confortable. But as a Hilton Honors member I was quite annoyed at being charged $25 to check in 90 minutes early, especially as the room was ready and empty when I got there. That is a version of highway robbery.

Kaye, and Crystal were both amazing within making sure that we had everything that we needed. Their customer service skills are outstanding and our room was beyond what we had expected! I’m definitely going back soon to schedule another weekend stays!
