I loved my stay here. The convenient 120 steps to the metro station, I loved. Everything in the room worked. All the lamps, mini fridge, hot water/water pressure, roomy walk in shower, the simple tv operation, and the thermostat. Everything worked just as it should. And my balcony was a private terrace of enormous proportions. LOVED IT. I've stayed in fancier, more expensive properties, but have never had an easier or nicer stay. Could use some cushions for the outdoor chairs. Other than that, I had a perfect stay.

Great hotel, fantastic staff. BUT, it was so incredible difficult to find elevator access for the garage, and the easiest way is to go outside first. Small thing, but could be impactful for some.

I've been to this property once or twice a year for the past four years. The elevator from parking garage to lobby has been broken for the last several years. Beds are extremely soft as well as pillow. If u prefer firm mattress, this isn't the hotel. If u bring a car, it is extremely tough to maneuver in the garage, and it is not easy to maneuver in the streets around the hotel. Although it provides a good face on the initial look, it's average at best. I had a much better stay at a springhill hotel on the trip home.
