This is a fantastic comfortable hotel. Everyone is polite room is comfortable. It’s close to everything that we found useful and fun. If I had to complain about anything, it would be no free coffee in the lobby. that’s about it.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming to visitors. The front line service was excellent. The only thing I would have liked different was one additional day for maid service. We stayed 5 nights and the maid only turned over the bed and changed the towels once.

My room had quite a few cockroaches and the fitness room was very mouldy smelling. Uncomfortable and probably unsafe to workout there. The staff were very kind and friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights on vacation. Loved the location and view of the bay from our room. The staff was great! Loved being able to walk the park and to local restaurants. Will stay here again when in Hilo.
