We had an awful room - place was in very poor condition. Dirty stained bedding- rips in carpet and bath shower was moldy. Will not stay at this hotel or others again

Wanted to let you know that our room was in very poor condition. Bathroom was covered in mold - ripped carpet throughout- beds had dirty spotted bedding. Killed a big spider in room and there was mud all over carpet. We said something to front desk staff but they didn’t seem to care. Won’t recommend this property

We had to be moved 3 times in order to get a decent room. The rooms had dirty carpets, stained bedding, torn curtains, leaking faucets, stopped up tub, towel rack falling off wall, lamp an tv didnt work, cobwebs, ant hills in window, AC didnt work. Bad patching on walls an ceilings for this type of caliber of hotel was surprised they were getting away with if ever inspected. They did try to accommodate us an do appreciate that after they originally said they didnt have any other rooms available on ground floor.

2nd Worst Hotel of my life. Rating shiuld be 2.7,

Hotels.com rating was 7.2. Perhaps the numbers were inverted. At best, this is a 2.7 rating. The room smelled bad. The windows would hardly slide open, so they only opened a couple of inches. Ripped screens fluttered in the wind. Torn, ripped up carpet entering bathroom. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Patched holes in bathroom wall. Looks like some curtains were ripped down above window, so there are 6 holes in ceiling where curtain brackets used to be. Breakfast was edible and staff was nice. This is the second worst hotel room i have ever stayed in.
Carpet ripped up and shredded near bathroom door.
Torn screen.
Another screen flapping in the wind.
Mold on bathroom ceiling.
