Our 1st floor updated unit is just 20 feet away from the pool and the lanai is perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast with an ocean view. Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the lanai or walk down to the beach less than 100 feet away. We are also right by bike/walking paths going both directions towards downtown Kapaa or Lydgate Beach. Free assigned parking is available on site. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

This was a beautiful, well stocked unit with A/C!! It had lots of different kinds of dishes and pans as well as BBQ utensils to use at the shared BBQ’s. It was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. This unit is just a few walking steps to the beach and you can listen to the waves while you sleep. It also had beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards available. Our host was exceptional with communication as well as giving good tips and things to do in the area with their guidebook. We will stay here again. This is definitely a gem!!

We fully enjoyed the beautiful views! The beach was so clear. The condo was perfect for the four of us. I would have enjoyed the pool if it was warm but seem cold to us otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Relaxing, Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this boutique condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being on the first floor was a big plus — no stairs to worry about when bringing in luggage or groceries.The building is quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C kept the place cool the whole time.We loved how close it was to the beach — just steps away — and the sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. It’s also an easy walk to the Oasis restaurant next door, and the location of the condo made it convenient to get around the island.The owners were great to communicate with — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Quiet Oceanside Condo

Beautiful Oceanside condo. Stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable mattresses. I slept so well with the windows opened feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves. The condo is in a quiet area and across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store. Coconut marketplace is a short walk. Kapaa is centrally located with a beautiful drive to all locations and activities on the island. Check in and communication with owner was easy.
