This third floor unit has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and spectacular views of the ocean. It is an entirely remodeled, completely furnished condo, with modern comforts featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a short walk or drive to Kapa'a Town shopping, Safeway, and excellent restaurants, and only a mile from the Coconut Marketplace. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course, or snorkel at Lydgate State Park, both just a short drive away. Don't miss the Coconut Coast's remarkable bike path along sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Rita was very welcoming. She provided a great list of caring for the condo and what we could expect to find in the condo. She also shared a great list of things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of condiments available in the fridge and spice cabinet. And, lots of bags for the grocery story.

Excellent amenities nothing was missed. From pots and pans to snorkeling gear. Everything was on point. Beach was a few steps away to watch the sunrise every morning. Highly recommend this place. Place is as advertised. Clean and comfortable beds

Rita was a amazing host! The condo was very comfortable and it had a great view! Many additional kitchen amenities were included like spices for cooking. This was also a great location for visiting the North or South side of the island as it's centrally located on the East side. Thanks again so much. My kids and I had a wonderful time.
