Someone’s black Nike socks are behind a chair near the window. The shower has a spot under the showerhead where a couple of hairs are stuck in a sticky spot. The room needs a channel guide to help find tv channels. The front door has a big enough gap that it seems like a security hazard.

Nice. Clean. Convenient. Beds on the hard side. Tony pillows. Sheets were pretty basic and not soft. Basic rooms. Nice for a night or two, but that’s it.

The Staff went above and beyond. Our flight was cancelled and during a time when we needed a win Ramada delivered. The jacuzzi is worth it, you can turn the tv towards it and relax.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator made a clacking noise when the compressor shut off and woke us up several times during the night. I reported the issue when we checked out. Hopefully it will be resolved for the next person.

Great place to stay just stopping thru the area. Friendly staff, very clean. Breakfast is limited, but as expected. Great place to grab a quick breakfast next door.

Before checking in, I was sent a link to pre-check in, so I did that then when I get to the hotel , it was like I never did anything! I had to do it all over again and then I asked about a Jacuzzi and they told me they had one then to come to find out when I want to use it they don’t have one available

Common area needs updating. Room was great. Breakfast put away by 905 AM which was ok but staff not willing to be more accommodating re this. He was on a personal call the whole time we were in common area having coffee. Tables were all dirty . Could have been cleaned as we had to sit at a dirty table . Just needs a little better customer service or accommodation. I would stay again.

Breakfast is advertised to started at 5:30am, and staff were trying to see up for it past 6am. Military Leader had to be taking off to drill by 6am, and needed breakfast by 6am. Don’t advertise breakfast at 530 if it’s not feasible.
