The staff was great & room was perfect. We stay here on aometimes on our anniversary when we want to celebrate in KC. Lots of dining options and central to everything, especially the art museums and the Country Club Plaza. The Kemoer Museum of Modern Art is right next door.

Hotel is tired and dirty. Ice machine didn't work, false fire alarm at 2am and given the side eye for requesting additional coffee pods for room. Also, you cannot tell from the description online, but breakfast is not included in the price of the room. Nor is parking at $30 a night so read carefully and buyer beware!

Room clean, no issues. A microwave would have been nice as I was trying to save money eating out. Parking seemed expensive. But, a positive stay. Staff that checked me in for very curtious.
