We called for room service; the operator mentioned that he'd call back once he got the list of Champaignes but we never got the call. Asked the front desk and they also were no help. The overall staycation was great but I wish we got to use room service

Staff were wonderful and attentive. Room was gorgeous and spacious. Honestly we were sad we couldn’t extend our stay to enjoy our room more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had to call down for more towels. If a room sleeps 6, then 6 towels should be provided. Had to call again for sheets, blankets and pillows for the hide away bed. And be prepared to pay a lot extra for breakfast on top of the mediocre stay at this so-called 'high end' hotel.

Bad customer service. We asked several questions and we were brushed aside. My husband travels and uses hotels often especially Marriott for USBank and this was the worse customer service given. I only gave two stars because there was one woman who was at least kind.
