I love the amenities it offered the best complimentary breakfast and happy hour specials that ive ever experienced, my only complaints would be the front desk staff were not mean but not friendly either very mediocre, the bar staff and kitchen staff were great. My room was nice, basic but comfortable the cleaning could have been better my toilet was dirty, the price was my favorite part i feel i got my money worth.

Upon arrival the desk gave us a hard time checking in and made snarky comments toward me and my girlfriend. Then informed us the pool was closed but if we wanted to swim that bad we could go to another hotel . And as we walked to our room informed us we’d be charged for parking (only $15 but seemed unprofessional)

It was close to where we wanted to go. Our room was nice and clean over looking all the mechanics on the roof. Left curtains closed. Breakfast and staff for the breakfast was AWESOME. The so called HAPPY HOUR was a joke. There was no beer because of a broken taps(that's what they said, but no one knew about) all that was available was wine and Spirits. At least could have bought canned beer couldn't even get a Bloody Mary because it wasn't offered.(not on the list) If you didn't get there right at 5:00p.m.you didn't get any snacks for they were out within 15minutes and no one refilled anything. Staff didn't seem to care when they were told. We stayed 2 nights and both nights were like this. When we checked out told the front desk and she said to talk to the manager. She was at the desk next to the cafe and told her about it and all she said was Thank you. No I'm sorry No I'll check into it nothing but Thank you. And IF it was the manager I talked to sure didn't look like management material. Would I stay again maybe. We've stayed at a lot of EMBASSEY SUITES and this is by far one of the bad 1"s. All in all for as many people that was there is was oddly quiet. Linda Prososki

No pool

The breakfast was good. However the pool was closed which was not noted when we booked the stay originally. Very disappointing for our daughter.

No where near what I thought

Got there and waited awhile to be checked in, which is fine, they were busy. Got to the front, the lady was rude to me from the start. Let us know that the pool "wasn't working" which was a big reason why we took a trip. Couldn't use it the three days we stayed there. Got to the room, which was not the cleanest I've ever seen. Started to put my daughters milk in the fridge and it was warm. We had to use our own tool to get it to turn colder because they toggle was ripped out of the fridge. Was hungry so we tried to order some chicken stripsnfrom the restaurant in the hotel. My husband brought them up and I took a bite into completely raw chicken. He took them back down and they brought some fried cheese up for us as a replacement. I won't be staying with Embassy again

Excellent!

Plenty of parking, super clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly quiet even tho there's a large central atrium. And our room got trash emptied and fresh towels DAILY! We will be back on our next business trip.
