When we arrived we found out the hot tub wasn’t working and that was a reason for booking this hotel. Then got to our room and there was poop in the toilet and in the sheets on one of the beds.

Attendants staying in 2-3 rooms across from us was extremely loud. Beating on each others doors, yelling and laughing in hallway at 11-11:30 pm. Called downstairs and was ignored. No hot water in shower and water pressure extremely low. Indoor pool ice cold and hot tub broken.
