The staff was amazing but the property was quite disgusting and felt extremely unsafe. The rooms floor was dingy and dusty. The pool was absolutely horrendous and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The water slide was a fun surprise but the stairs and top landing were also quite gross.

This is an older establishment that is showing its age. Small things go first, mechanical plug in bathroom tub did not work, towels are white but look off white, corners in the bathroom filled with dirt, outdated furniture in room etc. Don't take my small criticisms as a condemnation, this establishment served it's purpose, a good sleep on a long journey and a decent breakfast.

Good for the price. Excellent breakfast. Great staff. Clean room. The best was receiving a text to check if we needed anything. The ice machine was broken, so I replied back to the text and very quickly got a response back to get ice from front desk. That’s great customer service. Just one suggestion… please remove the pieces of furniture that are visibly stained. Walking into a room and seeing a stained couch makes it very unappealing. That was the only one thing.

For the premium nightly rate being charged this experience was terrible. The Suite was advertised as 2 bedroom but actually just 3 beds stuffed into same space as a regular hotel room. No towels in room upon arrival, coffee machine but no cups or anything, no water cups, bare minimum for guest arrival prep. The only reason not a 1 star because front desk actually tried to remedy some things, but overall this stay not worth a fraction of charge.

Our hotel room was very clean, however terribly outdated and needs a huge renovation. We had no heat in our room and the hotel’s solution was to provide us a space heater. The breakfast was not good. The coffee came out of a machine and tasted horrible. I appreciate how the hotel was clean, but I will not ever stay here again.
