The stay overall was excellent we had a slight misunderstanding, but Best Western corrected this, breakfast choice is excellent cleanliness is excellent, I stay with two dogs the room had direct access to the outside which works out great when handling pets. Staff were awesome.

Unplanned stay

Travelling back home and hit a huge pothole on Coq Hwy. Took out wheel and rim. We did not want to travel at night on a spare so opted to stay in Merritt. Glad we chose this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is so great, we’ve stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed every visit. The staff are so friendly and accommodating; we showed up early for check-in and the room was ready so they let us in straight away. They are pet friendly and have some great ground floor rooms with their own external doors for easy access with your dog without having to go through the lobby. Just a great stay overall and I can’t recommend them enough :)
