It was advertised as continental breakfast and that was not the case. Breakfast is $22/person for a buffet which is ridiculous! Also it was very misleading there was nothing close to the hotel to walk to. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear conversations of the rooms next to you! Unacceptable, there was no privacy since I could hear the person above us peeing in the toilet!

First room, no WiFi , second room remote . The building is under constructions, the third day got woke by construction workers jack hammering next door. The swimming pool was closed and under construction. Not a good experience.

The staff here was very nice. I asked if there was a free breakfast, and to my surprise the clerk offered me a free breakfast coupon for each of us the next day. My husband and I are on weird diets, so we had to contrive a breakfast, but the staff was helpful in that. The free breakfast was not typically included -- it was a special. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Staff at reception and shuttle were wonderful! Maids in the morning were very loud in the aisle way, while cleaning next room and knock 3 times before 9:40.

The staff was amazing rooms were ok not the cleanest the were empty water bottles under sink. The person vaccuming did surface job there were sunflower seeds and pieces of candy next to bed frames. I am from Michigan and was looking forward to swimming in the pool. Pool says heated, but it was very cold. I had to take a hot shower to blow my body temperature back up after swimming for 20 minutes just kind of disappointed that I couldn’t use the pool more because it was just too cold.
