First, I want to say that the staff was excellent! Super friendly, addressed all of our requests and apologized for the inconveniences happening at the facility. Unfortunately, there were too many negatives to ignore. The only working elevator was on the opposite side of the building. The property is right next to the expressway and the building is not soundproof so it was very loud at night. Dishware was missing but it was replaced by housekeeping. The remote in the room didn't control the TV. Finally, upon checking out, we discovered that someone used the rear window of our SUV as an ashtray. There were marks from where cigarettes were extinguished and the butts on the ground. Not cool.

Hotel was excellent had opportunities to see 2 bedroom as well as 1 bedroom. Both were excellent. Definitely worth the money. Nice location. Felt safe.

Wonderful 3 day stay.

Despite circumstances beyond their controll, the WaterWalk staff maintained a courteous and professional atmosphere. This stay was wonderful The living space is amazing.

WaterWalk construction.

A fire in a kitchen triggered the sprinklers and my stay was like being in the middle of a construction zone as the Catastrophe Team recovered. While I am sympathetic for the need to cope with the unexpected, the chain did take my money so I have a right to a proper experience. The unit includes a full kitchen + dishwasher+washer/dryer which was nice. It's a bit small for 2 people. Sound insulation is poor both between floors and between the room and the adjacent highway. The AC/Heat made you sleep in the middle of a gale.

We arrived 31 Jan 2025 and unknown to us there had a fire and the sprinkler system had been activated. There were probably 50 or more moisture removing devices in the hallways, lobby and fitness center, plus the contractors responsible for them were everywhere . Staff had no idea when this repair would be completed There was no standing water but there was a lot of noise. Our room was as described and clean but we had to get another remote got the tv. Staff is limited. Had we known all this was going on, we would definitely not have stayed here.

I don’t even know where to begin. I had high hopes for this hotel based on the positive reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, so we had to wait outside until someone finally checked us in. Felicia was attentive, which we appreciated. However, our first room had a strong smoke odor, though they did accommodate us with a different one. The second room was in good condition. Unfortunately, things only got worse. At midnight, the smoke alarm went off, and we had to wait about an hour before we could return to our room. The most unsettling part of our stay, though, happened at around 4 a.m. when someone attempted to enter our room. Just seconds after knocking, they used a key to try to open the door. My husband and I were terrified. We have no idea who it was or how they had access, but this is absolutely unacceptable. We had an early morning ahead, but after all of this, we barely got any sleep. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.

We have stayed here several times. It’s overall nice. I was disappointed that there isnt an ice machine anymore so you have to turn on your ice maker in the freezer and wait for it to make ice if you want a drink. Also the free coffee/lattes machine in the lobby was out of order for the 3 days of our stay. Staff is very nice. Would stay again.
