Could not check in when we arrived at 620 as all systems were down and they had no idea what to do. We were very patient for almost an hour and then We were told go out to dinner and come back. Two hours later we came back..it’s now 940 and the problem still not resolved but they did finally put us in rooms as we were exhausted, our kids had early morning competitions to be in. It was a long day and all we wanted to do was go to bed early and sadly we weren’t able to.

In general, the room was comfortable. However, the staff are not friendly and lack empathy. I had a special situation in which I asked for help since I needed them to keep my bags for a few days before my stay since my sister had a medical situation and we had to travel unexpectedly to Phoenix. Management refused to do so. As a Hilton Honors member I expected a little more empathy on their side. The manager didn't even come to talk to us to give us an explanation. I was forced to make another reservation at a hotel across the street who were happy to keep our luggage until our return. I am truly disappointed on the treatment you give to a valued Silver Hilton Honors member.

Great check-in with personable staff. The room was spacious with simple furniture and very clean. The bathroom had plenty of room, was very clean and no waiting for hot water. Parking was good.

Everything and everyone was outstanding. This hotel was amazing compared to a hell hole we booked through Expedia for the same night. We frantically booked Tru by Hilton to get us out of a dangerous booking we made previously made in good faith. We stayed here at Tru because we had to rapidly leave a really ratty dangerous hotel. I am not lying. I did not appreciate about Expedia was that the ratty hotel, and I am being extremely generous with that word ratty, it's rating was 8.2. Total lies. That ratty hotel had blood on the walls, no smoke sensor as in it was missing from its wall mount. The door had been busted into and the security latch had been broken completely off. What was left of that security latch was too screws and a piece of dangling metal. There was mold in the cabinet that the refrigerator would normally sit in. The cabinet was listing to one side by about an inch. Broken wall tiles in the bathroom, eight inches worth. Mould around the edges of the room on the floor. All of the furniture was damaged, like layers torn off. My daughter and I were extremely nervous even being in that room the short time that we were there. We spent only the amount of time to discover the disaster of that room and then get on Expedia to get another room at the wonderful hotel that we stayed up after this mess.
