On the positive side there was hot water and the fridge microwave and AC worked. But the place was pretty beat up and infested with roaches. But it was cheap and not crowded. But I still think they should at least seal all the holes in exterminate the roaches

Parking is ok. The price for the room is understandable, you get what u pay for right. They don't charge you a deposit, an you just basically paying for the price of the room... over all, i will book them again. And they do have smoking rooms too...
