We paid top dollar $396-296 per night for housekeeper to NOT even make our beds, the bed was lumpy, extremely uncomfortable to sleep, had to keep calling for towels (even though I asked for it to be noted daily), the breakfast was powder eggs, horrible tasting sausages, the housekeeper never left enough pillows for the pull out, the fridge had food from prior guests and the shower had half glass enclosure which kept making it IMPOSSIBLE to keep the floor in the bathroom dry Horrible design, dont know which contractor thought of that also the shower head was palced at least 6 feet above sp for ahorter ppl or kids you couldn't access thr hose. What a shame!

Marriot… a room refresh does not include making the bed? WTAF?! Also, no smoking means no smoking. A man smoked a cigar in the court yard without any interference from the staff. It’s too bad, the room was spacious and clean but the follow through in non existent.
