We booked 2 rooms and because they had a "large group arrive" our rooms were separated and the 2 king rooms we paid for were down graded to 2 queens on different floors. And we were put in the pet rooms by the elevators.

I paid in advance for a king room with a waterfront view. I was originally put in a room with 2 queen beds and a view of the parking lot. When I discussed with the staff, they said those rooms were unavailable. Why wasn't I notified before the cancellation policy was in effect? They also claimed I booked a room with 2 queen beds until I showed them my reservation and offered me a 10 dollar drink voucher. The parking lot is open to a main road with no security and you have to pay for it. Not worth the price. Find an alternative hotel.

The staff was simply amazing! Kevin was super friendly and helpful at check in. The rooms could’ve been a little more clean. Outdated hotel

Convenient hotel but dirty and outdated. Parking lot a little complicated.

Got to check-in about 11 at night and the staff was super friendly. We got put in a room with just one queen bed, when we reserved a double bed room, but they quickly fixed it and got us a different room. Beds were great and it was super clean.

This hotel felt very unkept. The bathroom was not clean. Lots of mold and dust. Very musty room. Paper thin walls. Felt like I was sharing a room with the person in the room next to me. I could hear them going through bags and full conversations. Staff was nice but very dingy place.

While our stay was overall good, what hindered our experience was the fact that a majority of the electrical plug outlets were loose in our room and did not work.

Nice stay

Great location within walking distance from hotel. A little drive to Daileys Place but quick fix by water ferry or a $14 uber.

Property was clean customer service was excellent! It was a bit noisy, heard loud music playing a lots of talking. Bathroom had a lot of leakage from the shower.
