Where do I start. First, valet was sitting in his car with his girlfriend and not at his station. Got charged $18 to self park in an unsafe area in back of hotel. Had to switch rooms to another floor because of all the noise in the main atrium. Bathroom toilet seat was stained from what I can only assume are cleaning products. Towels were tiny and no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. Bed pillows were tiny and lumpy. As for lighting, you have to search for the tiny little switches at every light to turn them on. Only good light was the one at from door. This has been a horrible experience. For the high charge for one night, I get a better quality room at a Holiday Inn. The overall cleanliness of this hotel is not what you would expect for one that has a large conference center. Will not recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of the staff throughout our visit. We welcomed having our room serviced each day. A nice surprise as so many hotels are only servicing every 3rd day.Keep up the great work. We will be back.
