Very close to the Jaguars stadium. Very close to the water taxi over to the Jaguar stadium. Nice bar open. The bed was very comfortable. Room was nice. The view from our window was the Jacksonville Jaguars stadium and the river.

This was a great location for the water front in jacksonville. I booked this place because of the location and rating. The Hotel itself I’m sure at one time was beautiful. The Hotel has such potential. The room felt like a motel 6. Just not finished! very cheap furniture. We called the desk each day of our stay to report the microwave and tv being broken. Serviceman came to our room on the last night at 830 pm and was unable to remedy. Due to cleanliness of common areas and broken appliances I won’t be a return customer.

We stayed the weekend for my son’s 10th birthday. The room we booked online was not available at check-in. Ms. Dee was very accommodating and upgraded us to a top floor suite. The hotel was clean and bright and the food in the cafe was delicious. We will be back!

The room I was given on the fourth floor overlooked the lobby. I could hear people speaking loudly past 10 p.m. The area is pretty dead around the hotel.

Not your usual Marriott, weird layout , dark, room didn’t have a view of the river as described, nothing around it for restaurants or fun. Jacksonville downtown isn’t nice in general.

Good Business Hotel

This hotel was fine. It was a good location for us and we slept well. Can't complain, but nothing particularly special about it either.
