This has been one of the best hotels that we have stayed. The staff are also very welcoming. The place was super clean and they have dove body wash. Amazing!

Poor check in person was brand new and lost. Several of us waited in line for 20+ min at 10pm for a key card. The rooms have little sound dampening- perhaps bc everything is tile? Heard every door shut, hallway talk, dogs bark, etc. The doors don’t go all the way down either so the light from the hall comes in plus every loud sound. Beds are comfy

Lots of construction going on all around the hotel. The property itself is lovely. It needs a bit more "warming up" decorating wise. Also, the coffee service is a nice bonus but the coffee is very, very weak.
