The property was small but very functional. Close to many things downtown. Parking is metered street parking, which for us was free because our stay was over the weekend. King size bed was comfortable, however the pullout sofa was very hard and comfortable. Maybe a 3 to 4 inch topper will solve the problem. Overall a nice place to stay. Price wasn't bad for the Florida vs Georgia game. But a little high for any other time.
