Front desk staff, Ashley T was absolutely the best!! Kind, helpful and so pleasant. We had a very late check in, issues with getting the blind down in our room and Ashley was quick to assist and had everything resolved in minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The “breakfast” was basic (individually wrapped muffins and granola bars) and no cold options like yogurt or hard boiled eggs. The coffee was decent.

Everything was great, its a brand new hotel. Just wished it offered a better breakfast, but for the price, it was excellent. We will stay again if we come back to Florida.

The room wasn’t ready when i arrived, hours after check in. The room was still dirty. Not swept, crumbs and plastic knives still in drawers, a waste and bag from the previous occupant under the stove cabinets. There was still shaving stubble in the bathroom sink. The comforter/quilt was on backwards, the foot of the bed elastic side up at the top. There was not a do not disturb tag to hang on the door. The gym was closed and my cards did not work to get in. There was not even hand soap.
