I have been staying at this property every 3-4 weeks for quite a while. They've always been accommodating and friendly. The last visit has insured I'll not be back. I have called and emailed looking to speak with manager. I have not received a return call. My last stay here I received many (100's) of bedbug bites and when I returned home ended up in urgent care for a massive infection from them. 3 weeks later I'm still on antibiotics and will end up with some scar tissue from how badly I was bitten. Though I had bites all over my body, my right thigh received the worst of it and was swollen to almost twice it's size. I've only ever run into bedbugs once before in my life and it was nothing like this. Itching, burning, bruising, and skin issues that may leave actual pocks in my skin.
No return call, no apology, no concern that I won't be back. Sadly, I know all the employees I've been there so often, it had become my home away from home. Time to find a place that cares about the pain and discomfort I've suffered through and the side effects from the antibiotics.
