Great spot in a central location. Staff was very helpful and providing recommendions and booking transport. The balcony on the rooftop was also beautiful and a great spot to hang out.

Here are a few things I would have liked to know before staying here and probably would have chosen a different place. There is a night club or bar right in the area that plays loud music past 3 in the morning. We barely got sleep because of this. The other thing is that the property looks different from the pictures. Those are years old and the current state is in need of some updates. The fridge is old and noisy and a lot of things are very worn. The staff however was absolutely amazing and they location was great as well. We also enjoyed the shared roof too area.

Needed no breakfast and thats what i searched for but manager said you prepare you eat out of whats in the kitchen. Disappointment. No inside lock which qas uncomfortable. Hard to find since sign is hardly noticeable. No lifts and 5 floors no it was not easy with lagguage. Overall disappointment.

Unique concept. Renovated building in Pera neighbourhood with 4 apartments and lounge. Well planned and comfortable. Very close to shops and restaurants. Great value. A different and more comfortable way of living in Istanbul. The staff is amazing. Easy access to everything. Stay here; you will love it.

Great place to stay in Taksim

Excellent place to stay. The location is good, the room was comfortable and well sound proofed. Emrah was very helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area. The top floor terrace was a pleasant place to enjoy coffee and has a full kitchen if you're interested in cooking. There is a detailed description of each of the four rooms and the terrace on the hotel's website.

I'zaz was just perfect for us. The kitchen and rooftop sitting area were a delight. Gave one of us a spot to sit with a cup of Turkish tea without waking the other when jet lag hit. The staff was tremendously helpful and always available. We'll stay there again!

Located in the heart of the busy street, while totally removed from the chaos of the neighborhood. Hotel staff, particularly Sadi, are going out of their way to make guess stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.

The best place to stay in Instanbul

I have been going to Istanbul for work for 3 years and always struggled to find a place to stay that was not overpriced and in a good location. Iā€™zaz is definitely the best place I have stayed in, and will definitely go back and recommend it to my colleagues. The rooms are as comfortable and clean as in any good and expensive hotel, guests share a kitchen/lounge area thatā€™s on the top floor with an amazing view over the city. You can go and have a few tea or coffee when you have time for a break, and we had dinner there one night when we didn't want to eat out. The location is perfect, very close to a main road so itā€™s always easy to grab a taxi, and at the same time itā€™s right in the heart of Beyoglu so it offers endless opportunities for nice dinners out. Staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly, Sadi the manager will always help you and sort things out, no matter what you need. I had the room on the top floor, itā€™s a bit more expensive but close to the kitchen and has much more light than the one on the ground floor. The road is very small and relatively quiet for being in the centre of Istanbul, even if earplugs were sometimes necessary.

Ideal location

Location is near enough to be a very easy walk from Istiklal shopping and nightlife and centrally located Taksim square, but just far enough to avoid the late night noise. Rooms are very pleasant, modern and serene. The balcony room was sized nicely for a couple and had a tremendous view. All hotel guest can take advantage of the view from the top-floor kitchenette and lounge area. Facility is secured by a guard and managed by a very nice business woman who was flexible with our travel needs that changed on short notice.

Great location and hotel

It is one if the most wonderful place I ever stayed in. It so clean and the funiture is moder and new. The bath room is so stylish and the most great place is the kitchen and the roof where you can see everything and just have a tea or coffee and relex. The staff are really friendly along with owners who did there best to assist me in everything even allowed me to take one of their cats. Sure I will come back soon.

Bel emplacement et accueil Ć©tait trĆØs bien et j'ai reƧu les conseils et les bonnes adresses de la personne qui m'a accueilli par contre ma chambre en RDC Ć©tait trĆØs sombre, ayant les fenĆŖtres condamnĆ©es sans aucune vue ou rayon de soleil pouvant y pĆ©nĆ©trer. Notez bien que ce n'est pas un hĆ“tel, il n'y a aucune rĆ©ception ou espace d'accueil. Autre bĆ©mol, le petit dĆ©jeuner est trĆØs trĆØs basique (lait, cĆ©rĆ©ales, thĆ©, il y a avait une boite de fromage mais sans pain...). En mĆŖme temps, il n'est pas possible de tenir plus d'un quart d'heure dans l'espace petit dĆ©jeuner sur le roof comme il fait super chaud lĆ  haut.
