Hotel itself is good clean and nice vibe, but girl who works in the reception, so rude and aggressive Merve receptionist, she doesnā€™t help at all, when you ask for guidance she says look for written signs, we were slightly late for breakfast she was saying thatā€™s your problem,we being good customers Tv didnā€™t work for couple of days, fridge didnā€™t work properly either doesnā€™t cool the drinks, so I ask we didnā€™t make any issue while all those staff didnā€™t work, once we were slightly late for breakfast you guys canā€™t accommodate she start to argue saying thatā€™s your problem, so rude and disrespectful, that reception Merve shouldnā€™t work on customer care service from my opinion, other people was good and helpful.

No frills, economical hotel with no restaurant for the evening but the bedroom was immaculate, in terms of decor and cleanliness, and reception was manned 24/7 and always helpful. I would happily stay there again.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. Its a very decent boutique hotel. Staffs are friendly and spas, nail salons, salons, gyms, pilate classes, grocery stores and nice restaurants are walking distance to this hotel. I would highly recommend it.
