I stayed for 3 days. The hotel was generally clean, and the staff were very friendly. Room cleaning and other room services were excellent. However, there were many things that are expected at a Hilton but not at this one; the service provided was unfortunately far below the "Hilton" brand, and I won't list these shortcomings individually. (Hopefully, this will improve soon.) Apart from that, the location is quite convenient, very close to the Marmaray train station...

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient.The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.The sleep quality was good, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home the but air conditoner was loud. Breakfast was staisfying.
