I stayed at Hotel Broyt last week and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff, from reception through to the breakfast area, were consistently friendly, helpful and respectful.
The rooms were fairly clean and feature an interesting, thoughtfully designed décor, which gives the hotel a unique character.
Breakfast was tasty and clearly provided by a quality catering company, with a good variety of options to choose from. For longer stays of more than two or three days, however, the selection can feel a little repetitive, as it remains exactly the same each morning. That said, there is always plenty of food and something for everyone.
The hotel is right on top of lively Baghdad Street, which is packed with restaurants, bars and cafés—so no matter what you like to eat or drink, there are plenty of choices for everyone. The beachfront is only about a five-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy a morning run or a gentle walk by the sea.
Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay with plenty to explore just outside the door.
