Easy stay and convenient to the event I attended. The valet attendants were extremely helpful and the front desk gave great recommendations for late night snacks.

The canal walk was right out the front doors! The suite was clean, new & well apportioned. The $42+ for parking was a bummer, but it was convenient & an easy entrance to the hotel. The front desk staff could be friendlier. The coffee station in our room was over looked, opened tea packet from previous guests, no regular coffee available, but that was not a problem for us since we go to the lobby for fresh coffee anyways. The breakfast buffet was exceptional!

I had a great stay! The location is definitely a 10/10, and I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The shower was one of the highlights plenty of hot water at all times. The only downsides for me were the mattress, which wasn’t the most comfortable, and the pillows, which were a bit too soft since I prefer them firm. I also noticed there weren’t any hooks behind the bathroom door for hanging a robe or towel, which would’ve been convenient. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend staying here.
