Room was clean and nice; however, parking was a nightmare, we attended a Pacers ballgame and when we got back to the parking garage there was one spot left in the entire garage, and the spot was between a post and a truck who was parked over the line. Additionally, the garage layout is terrible as it has two dead ends depending on whether you go left or right with very little room to turn around. Breakfast was OK, but I've had better continental breakfasts from much cheaper hotels.

The parking garage was oversold, we paid at the desk for self park and when we went to park we were told that it was now valet only. We were charged over $100 due to being double charged for 1 night of parking. The room had a drawer with a chef's knife at the front, we didn't know until our 3 year old found it. Additionally, the continental breakfast was out of most food an hour before it closed. And the lobby was not well insulated so we ate that small breakfast in a 56° lobby. Super unimpressed, will not be returning.

We loved the room and the bed was comfortable. However the $50 per night parking fee was not included in the price and not mentioned in the booking not enough to turn me away but still not a pleasant surprise.

Nice, clean and quiet. We stayed two nights for mid states swim championship. The only issue that we had was the room not being ready at 3 pm for check in that caused a problem for our hectic schedule. But the manager reached out to me himself and offered a discount on the room. I wasn’t even planning to ask for it. It was very nice of him to reach out to me. Overall this place is very well taken care of and staff is friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I rented two rooms, and stayed for 5 nights (during New Years). The hotel and valet representatives are friendly and responded to inquires/request quickly. Location is exceptional. Parking is unnecessarily expensive, Self-park $42 and Valet $45.00.

Stayed one night. Staff at check-in was friendly. I was charged 90 for parking when i checked in and then another 40 the day after i checked out. Called, the 90 is coming back sometime.. There was a dirty sock in the chair. Breakfast was not very good. Eggs, potatoes, and some leftover meat from something. Dining room was freezing which made it even less enjoyable. The room and view were beautiful. Beds were comfortable
