The front desk was very polite! However I went to ask for body wash because it was completely empty and it never got filled! When i checked out I ask the young lady why they didn't come to feel it she said she had requested for them to do so and I told her they never did and I took a picture as well! Very Unprofessional!

We booked the hotel for the offer of a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle has limited availability. We were to call upon return. When we returned, we were told they were waiting on a shuttle driver to come in to work and they didn't know when that would be. We ended up calling an uber to drive us to the hotel so we could retrieve our cars. Unreliable and not worth the hassle.

The staff was professional and courteous, and my room was very spacious and in good shape. It was clean except for some stains on the curtains, and the overhead sprinkler in the bathroom was very rusty. Otherwise, it was still a very comfortable room. Breakfast was good and had several options available, though I wish there was some sort of vegetable included. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd come back here the next time I'm in Indy.

The room that we stay in (room 108) the door was hard to open and close. The shower also didn’t look clean. The parking lot was full and several people had no where to park. The staff were amazing. Ms. Love was more than accommodating to us. We drove in from South Carolina and she took good care of us… Thank you Ms. Love.
