The staff were friendly. And there were obvious signs the hotel was trying. But there was just generations of dirt caked all over that needed more than an effort. The breakfast buffet staff similarly were friendly. But I literally couldn't cut the pancakes they put out with a knife! I'd only stay here if you were, say, caught in a snow emergency and couldn't make it back home but had to just crash the night in an airport hotel.
