Front office was very rude. I have to have infusions every month. I was hooked up to an IV and she told me that I had to come down right away for my drivers license and credit card to stay another night she could not wait until my IV treatment was finished. She said no. I had to stop treatment and get dressed and handle the credit card and license. Never going to stay here again!!!!!

We had 2 King beds so the room is a bit small. It is a accessible room so the bathroom counter is low. Breakfast was ok but they had a policy to not allow to bring breakfast to your room. Not sure the reason behind that policy is but I found it a bit inconvenience as I was stopped by a staff when trying to bring a waffle to the car for my Mom to eat because we needed to leave and so she didn't have enough time to have her breakfast at the table. I felt horrible as I was trying to steal foods. Because of this, the receptionist was giving an unpleasant response when I asked her about the missing "undisturbed card" in our room. That's not professional. However, on the check-in night, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I would like to praise him but unfortunately I couldn't get his name as none of the staff had their name tags on their clothes.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The light looks nice and has coffee/tea and complimentary popcorn! The breakfast was great with both hot and cold items and was refilled often. The pool was cold. The hot tub was a good temp but the jets only worked for a few seconds at a time. The property is in a great location to Huntington Beach and Knott's Very Farms. The two king beds were great. The hotel overall needs some maintenance but all things I noted were minor. We actually extended our stay at Comfort Inn. I would recommend this hotel

The room was immaculate every time we returned, and the staff was exceptionally kind and courteous. They were meticulous in explaining the rules and regulations, and the breakfast was simple yet sufficient to sustain me throughout the morning. I want to extend a special appreciation to the staff who worked tirelessly during the holidays, making our stay feel warm and inviting. The front desk staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel when I visit HB.

came here alone, room very was clean, no bed bugs, they came into the room made bed everyday/took trash out, & gave me fresh towels, was alittle loud outside car traffic/ambulance but didn’t bug me much..breakfast was good they switch up the hot bar, have fresh water/snacks/lunch/treats for purchase in lobby, jacuzzi was hot very close to alot of stores/food…close to beaches/downtown huntington so worth it… the only thing i didn’t like was the heater took a second to turn on and wouldn’t stay on long but would come back here felt safe and staff was friendly!
