Staff courteous, room was modern however smelled old and as if someone had smoked cigarettes in the room. The floors had not been swept or mopped. There was hair all over floor in the restroom. A/C Cooler worked great. No water was provided for complimentary tea/coffee. No iron.

The room was clean, bed was fine for the price. Customer service was good. The office is always open and I unfortunately needed to bother them because I kept loosing my key. The only complaint I as that the lights are bright outside and the blinds don’t completely block the light. It’s not terrible, but did impact my sleep.

The room has been renovated, but it’s missing too many essentials to feel comfortable. The bed linens didn’t fit properly, so we had to constantly readjust them to keep the mattress covered. The mattress itself was comfortable, but the bed frame sticks out about six inches, which caused us to bump into it repeatedly. Lighting was also an issue — there were only two bedside sconces and no lamps or ceiling lights, making the room too dim. The smoke detector was missing entirely, with only exposed wires in the ceiling, which was concerning. The extra security lock on the door wasn’t functional and actually came off the wall when we tried to use it. In the bathroom, there were no shelves or ledges in the shower, so we had to place our toiletries on the floor. Overall, the room has potential, but these issues made the stay uncomfortable and, in some cases, unsafe

Clean, could use softer sheets and pillow cases and maybe an extra chair or something…just had a desk chair. The blow dryer settings did not work and it would only work when the reset switch was pushed on the plug in. Would stay at again though because of the price. Room matched the pictures too.
