I packed up and left after seeing the room. Ended up booking a different hotel after seeing the room, still got charged for the room. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I will say the person at the front desk was pleasant.

Overall, the hotel was good for what we needed, which was simply a place to sleep. In terms of the positives, it was clean, the staff were nice and pleasant to deal with, and the continental breakfast was good. The only negatives were the condition of the room itself, including the following: the door to the room was really hard to open and close, the electrical plug beside the bed didn't work (I woke up in the morning and found my phone not charged), the lights were really confusing to switch on and off, and the bath towels were quite small. However, it was a decent stay (despite the price being so high because of F1 weekend in Montreal).

I stayed for 2 nights on June. Every things were OK, unless we expected daily timekeeping like any 4 star Hotels . But we enjoyed full cooking requirement in the suite and kindness of the staff.

I reserved 3 rooms according the pictures I saw at the site and I was given rooms that I felt were inappropriate (sexual themed, round bed, mirrors on the ceiling and colour neon lights) for an 83 year old grandmother, young kids and definitely not for a family. It was misleading and I had no choice but to take them. It was late after a long day at a funeral. I would like a refund

Hi! There were hair in our bed, the blinds were broken which gave us no privacy and outdoor light was coming in. No sink soap was available, the toilet paper older was broken, the air conditioning was noisy and pushing air stright in my face while I was sleeping. I had to shut it down therefore the room came to be quite hot. The hotel address led us at a golf store at 11h45 am. The staff was nice and were also aware of the wrong location, they kindly gave us proper directions. Furthermore, I paid twice the amount, identified on their website ($150), for the same room. I do not recommend and would rather sleep in my car next time. Regards, Chris
