On the pricey side for what you get. Stayed at this hotel for over a week. No breakfast and cleaning services were not the best. They always forgot something. Some front desk staff were helpful while others not so much. Also not accommodating that we booked through Expedia. Would not change our rooms even if we were willing to pay the difference in price.

We really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. Delicious. Fresh. Staff was excellent. The hotel was nice but our room for 3 people was tight. And they did not provide enough towels or paper products for three. We had to ask. Carpet could have used a bit better clean.

There was no microwave or kettle but make plenty of space for a mini bar with overpriced liquor and snacks.. There was only this broken looking hook to hang clothes - no proper closet with rail. The pillows really need to be replaced (no stuffing) and the mattress is also old and lumpy. All of the extension cords were from Dollarama (not safe for electronics) and there was no usb plugs. I would have preferred a proper shower head instead of one of those weak hand held showers. It would also be helpful to have a mirror with appropriate lighting to apply makeup. The attached restaurant has zero vegan options which is disappointing in this day and age.

Room was surface clean only. Lots of dust on tables, in-room liqour bottles and electrical outlets. My coworker and I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. Housekeeping never came for maintenance of rooms. Staff were nice for greeting but that's about it.

I arrived to a room that had unclean sheets, (208) I asked the desk to change the sheets but their housekeeping staff had already, instead, they offered me a different room, 317. The second room seemed okay until the next evening upon my arrival, I discovered a small beetle on the headboard, I called the front desk and they asked if I wanted someone to kill it, this is not a normal response. I had to ask to change rooms, and they obliged providing me with room 320 this time which appeared to have been in the midst of minor renovations. No bugs that I could see but the room was less than clean, carpets had vidible dirt and food. I have stayed at this hotel previously with no issues, this time, the lack of cleanliness of the hotel was visible. The hotel did not offer me any compensation for my inconvenience. Not good at all. Hoping they can turn things around.
