We arrived after 11:00 pm for a reservation I had made a month ago. We were given keys for a room that when we got up to the room there was already a do not disturb sign on the door. I ran down to the front desk. My husband stayed up on that floor with all our luggage. 20 minutes later the person at the front desk could not figure out if someone was in the room and could not say she had a room for us because they were full. Multiple other guests checked in and multiple calls to manager and we finally got a room 30 minutes later. It was after midnight at this point. My husband also had to drag all our luggage down and then back up again. Barely and apology. No offer of any discount. Room has a crack in the window. Not a great experience. They asked for my comments the next day by text, said they’d elevate to management. And yet I’ve never heard from anyone at the hotel. We were very disappointed.

Beautiful facility. Unfortunately we arrived after 8 pm and restaurant and bar were closed and are also closed on Monday. I did find it odd that all dining options on site are not available on Mondays. It should be noted that Northampton has lots of dining options, although some are also closed on Mondays. Breakfast at the hotel, however, is plentiful. We will return, being sure to avoid a Monday stay.

It was...fine.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff was helpful. The elevator takes forever and is super inefficient. Also the bed sheets didn't really fit the bed and are super low quality.
