Naiomi was wonderful. It’s incredibly impressive how she runs the inn by herself, and she made us a very yummy breakfast. The other guests were friendly, and the liveliness made us feel right at home. We stayed in the “Cape” room, and the TV in there is HUGE. Would stay again!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Naomi’s place! A lovely one of a kind property and friendly, thoughtful host! No stress parking, clear keypad check-in. Beds were spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and dog-friendly. We’ll definitely be back!!!

The good: This is a nice place to stay for a night if you like quaint bed and breakfast places. It's a large house with uniquely decorated rooms. Marcie is the host and cook. She's great to deal with. She customises the breakfast for individual tastes. She has an extensive variety of coffee and tea. They have a chicken coop in the back yard. The OK: The room was small. The desk was small. The bath space is small. There's no closet. It would be really helpful if they would add some hooks to hang clothes. I personally would stay only for 1 night.

As dirty as the room was we didn’t care to have breakfast there even though it was free. Cleaning standards are very low if owner considers that clean is leaving hairs from previous guests in bathroom. Dusty bedroom and dirty floors. No visual signs to guide you in the right direction of where to park upon arrival. Not the best customer service from owner of property.

I left feeling nourished and nurtured

Staying at Naomi's Inn not only gave me a nice break and EV charging stop for my long drive from Owego, NY to Rockport, MA; it brought me the magic of Marci, the owner. She restored this beautiful home, where she lends her unique/fun touch. Plus, she is an amazing listener and human being, who made a wonderful breakfast and conversed with several interesting guests, including a psychiatrist, EMT in paramedic training, and HVAC engineer/pilot. What a special place this is.

Very nice little room for 1-4 people! The beds felt great, and the room seems very premium. Quite affordable—a good bang for your buck, and also great for short term stay! The room features creative and whimsical decorations. Whole house fun and charming.
